How to Submit Your Proposal

Email your proposal to flagsupper@gmail.com. We'll email you back to confirm that we got it. Deadline for submissions is Saturday, April 23rd at midnight.

How does SUPPER work?

At each SUPPER, diners pay a sliding-scale entrance fee for which they receive a dinner and a ballot. While enjoying a locally sourced meal, participants hear and discuss proposals for community-based art projects. Diners vote on the project with the most potential to improve the quality of life in Flagstaff. The votes are counted and the winner is awarded funds (up to $1,000) to produce the project. The result: a more engaged, committed community and an artist happy to see his/her project manifest. The winner must present their project's progress at the next SUPPER event.
